Eat Smart Nutrition Consultants work closely with Optima Sports Medicine to provide elite, recreational and junior athletes with the sports nutrition advice they require to achieve their potential. Eat Smart work with the OSM staff in their Adolescent in Sports program providing practical sports nutrition advice to the active child and adolescent. Eat Smart Nutrition Consultants are well established Sports Dietitians who consult to the Brisbane Broncos, QLD Roar, QLD Bulls, QLD Firebirds and the Australian Netball Team.
