Do I need a referral?

A referral from your general practitioner is only required if you are claiming Work Cover, Department of Veterans' Affairs, or third party insurance. Please notify the receptionist when booking your appointment that you will be claiming through one of the above.

Can I claim through Medicare?

Allied Health such as physiotherapy, podiatry, massage and acupuncture are not claimable through Medicare. Our general and sports doctors are claimable through Medicare.

Can I claim through Private Health Insurance?

Each health fund is different so call your fund to ask about your policy and whether you are covered for a specific service.

Payment conditions and cancellations?

Payment is expected at time of consultation. No accounts are given. Hicaps facility available to claim private health. If you need to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee may be charged.

How long does an appointment last?

Appointment times vary depending on which discipline you are seeing and the clinician who will be treating you. Please confirm your appointment length when making your appointment.
